Picheolin (SEVENTEEN’s DINO) 1st Mini Album – 吉BOARD was released on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 6 PM KST, featuring the title track “Party Rock Rock.”
吉BOARD marks the official debut of Picheolin, DINO’s humorous and easygoing persona first introduced through SEVENTEEN’s 2021 fan meeting. Presented as a multi-talented producer of the streets, Picheolin gathers stories from everyday people and remixes them into music that can become part of their daily lives.
Inspired by 1990s Korean street culture, the album title combines the Chinese character 吉, meaning good fortune, with “BOARD,” representing a platform or stage. The name reflects Picheolin’s ambition to turn the street into a shared stage, bring people together through music, and wish happiness and good fortune for everyone. Across seven tracks, the album reinterprets Korean emotion, humor, and celebratory energy through EDM trap, hip-hop, new jack swing, K-retro, city pop, and warmer melodic styles.
Track Highlights
1. ZZAN (feat. DINO)
“ZZAN (feat. DINO)” combines bright brass arrangements with a heavy hip-hop beat. Its grand opening establishes a dramatic atmosphere before the arrangement builds through the bridge and reaches a chorus that feels like the arrival of a central figure under a spotlight. The track opens the album by bringing Picheolin together with DINO, his original identity.
2. Party Rock Rock (prod. Hitchhiker) (Title Track)
“Party Rock Rock” is an EDM trap track that combines polished electronic production with the rhythm and communal excitement associated with Korean heung. Its direct, addictive chorus invites people of every generation to gather and enjoy the celebration together, while rap shaped around traditional rhythmic patterns, contemporary vocals, and an energetic performance reinforce its festival-like mood. Hitchhiker produced the track and sampled the signature sound from his song “$10,” while DINO participated in both the lyrics and composition alongside BUMZU and Kim Bumin.
3. Sincerely (prod. Lee Hyun Do of DEUX)
“Sincerely” reinterprets 1990s new jack swing through a contemporary arrangement. Rhythmic beats, a grooving bass line, and polished brass create its distinctive swing, while Picheolin’s expressive vocals bring a modern energy to the retro foundation. The track was produced with Lee Hyun Do of the influential hip-hop duo DEUX, whose work helped establish new jack swing in Korean popular music.
4. Mi-cheo Mi-cheo
“Mi-cheo Mi-cheo” presents Picheolin’s playful take on K-retro kitsch, giving familiar Korean style and celebratory energy a modern update. Its memorable melody and rhythm are paired with witty lyrics about a man completely consumed by love. The balance of familiar musical ideas and unexpected details highlights Picheolin’s humorous personality and gives the track an upbeat, addictive quality.
5. Love Sick (Narr. Lee Moon-sae)
“Love Sick” is a city-pop track built around refined piano and a smooth, polished arrangement. The lyrics follow the complicated emotions left behind by love, moving between warm memories and the lingering pain of separation. Lee Moon-sae provides the opening narration, adding emotional depth to the song through his restrained and resonant delivery.
6. For JEONG and LOVE
“For JEONG and LOVE” expresses Picheolin’s musical sincerity and personal values through a familiar melody and warm, comfortable rhythm. Designed to be easily sung together, the song conveys the belief that people can eventually find reasons to smile when they remain connected through jeong, a lasting sense of affection and attachment, and love. DINO wrote the lyrics independently and participated in the composition.
7. Like It (Song by Dino)
“Like It” is a hidden track performed from the perspective of DINO rather than Picheolin. Warm analog synthesizers, textured drums, a deep bass line, and a steady rhythm support an arrangement that gradually becomes more dynamic. Its lyrics express DINO’s sincere connection to performing, describing how dancing for someone allows him to feel fully alive and bringing the album to a more personal conclusion.
