ILLIT’s 5th Mini Album – BREAK EVEN will be released on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6 PM KST. The album captures ILLIT’s decision to stop investing their heart and time in relationships that fail to return the same energy, leaving behind the feelings they once directed toward “you” and drawing a clear line with someone who has remained lukewarm and indifferent.
Inspired by the concept of a break-even point, where there is neither profit nor loss, BREAK EVEN reflects the resolve to no longer stay in a relationship simply because too much time and emotion have already been invested to let go. Instead, ILLIT chooses to recognize when a relationship has become a loss and move forward rather than continue giving without receiving the same in return.
