GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5 continues the next chapter of ATEEZ’s ongoing GOLDEN HOUR series, shifting the focus of its storyline from external conflicts to the emotions within. While previous installments explored the world around the group, this album turns inward, examining instinct, desire, and the invisible forces that influence human emotions. Built around powerful Brazilian Funk-inspired rhythms and dynamic performances, the album presents a darker and more emotionally intense side of ATEEZ’s evolving musical and narrative identity.

A central element of this release is SOPRO, a concept previously introduced in the GOLDEN HOUR diary version. In this album, SOPRO is reimagined as a personified figure capable of reading and synchronizing with another person’s emotions. What first appears to be deep understanding gradually reveals itself as emotional control, blurring the line between empathy and manipulation. Through this idea, the album expands ATEEZ’s established universe by exploring how emotions, rather than physical systems, can become a form of control and influence.
